CQN’s EWD strategy aims to set the foundation for a strong, quantum-educated workforce through the following targeted efforts aiming to impact all levels of the quantum engineering lifecycle:
- Pre-college and community activities
- CQN REU program
- MS QISE program
- Short course program
- Career advancement programs: Q-Challenges, Perfect Pitch Competition, EWD Fellowship
Efforts are designed to provide opportunities for high-impact learning experiences and workforce development to all CQN members including students, faculty, and external partners as well as other members of the current and future workforce and the general public.
